Turkey Apple Burger Ground turkey mixed with finely chopped onion and diced tart apples cooked on the grill and served on a hamburger bun with arugula and a smear of dijon mustard.
Turkish Lamb Pocket Sauted ground lamb with chopped onions, minced garlic, ground cinnamon, ground cumin and coriander stuffed into a pita with freshly chopped tomatoes and shredded romaine lettuce. Topped with a dollop of greek style yogurt.
Chicken Red-Pepper Pesto Sliders A piece of grilled chicken, chopped arugula which has been dressed in balsamic vinegar is placed atop a mini ciabatta bun and smeared with roasted red pepper pesto purée. Three sliders per order.

Sushi "Sandwich" A rice cake covered by thin slices of sushi-grade tuna and lightly smeared with wasabi paste and then drizzled with soy sauce. Finished with pickled ginger.
